Our Goal

To build the human resource capacity of young people by engaging, educating and empowering youth with leadership skills to address critical issues in partnership with families, schools, communities and faith based organizations, non-governmental institutions, businesses and government.

 

Our Objectives

• Engage youth actively in the reconciliation and reconstruction processes, enabling them to play pivotal leadership roles and work constructively with adults;

• Educate and empower young people to explore opportunities in the midst of challenges;

• Promote the development of business skills and entrepreneurship;

• Foster critical reading, thinking and   analytical skills;

• Encourage self-esteem and self motivation through leadership

• Cultivate teamwork and eagerness to acquire quality education;

• Improve and enhance public speaking skills;

• Advance tolerant and democratic values;

• Provide psycho-social support to young people and communities.
